Each AcePacket Fax consists of a base monthly charge within Canada and long distances charges apply outside Canada . We bill directly to credit card and you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice.

Each AcePacket Fax includes a number of fax pages (send & receive) per month. 

In the event that you exceed your included monthly pages in any given month, you'll only pay for the fax pages you use. There are no penalties or other overage charges.

Each AcePacket Fax comes with a dedicated Canadian local fax number.

Your faxes can be sent to any e-mail address (or multiple addresses). Your faxes will be delivered as attachments in the form of a .TIF or .PDF file, whichever you prefer. Simply double click the attachment to view. Since the fax format is non-proprietary, you'll be able to share faxes with others as well as view, print, forward, and save your faxes directly from your e-mail.

Whenever you receive a new fax, you'll be notified by your preferred email

There's two ways to send faxes with AcePacket Fax. You can use your fax control panel to browse documents on your computer, then select the one you would like to fax out. You can also opt to download our fax software that will install a virtual printer on your PC and allow you to print any file type to any fax machine. We support most popular office and image file formats including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and more. Also you can receive your faxes into your email or to your fax control panel.

Our online fax control panel provides you access to send and manage your faxes conveniently online, anywhere in the world. You can:

• View, print, save, and archive all received faxes.
• Send faxes to any fax machine directly from your computer.
• Share received emailed faxes with others.
• Archive and label sent and received faxes for quick retrieval.
• Manage your fax notification preferences.
• Get detailed reports on sent and received faxes.
• View caller id of each fax sender to your fax number.

Enjoy unlimited fax capacity so you never have to worry about running out of disk storage space. Faxes are saved for a maximum of 90 days online, but can be easily downloaded to your PC for true archiving.

All AcePacket fax numbers have been provisioned to allow multiple incoming faxes, simultaneously. This means if there are two or more people trying to fax you at the same time, neither one will get a busy signal and you'll receive both faxes.

With AcePacket Fax you won't need an extra phone line for faxing or even a fax machine. All you need is a computer and internet access and you'll be able to send and receive faxes. It's just like having your fax machine with you, everywhere you go.

We understand the importance for the human side of technology and make ourselves readily available to personally assist you in getting setup quickly and easily. Our friendly support staff is located in-house and will help you configure system settings, add a feature, upgrade to a different plan or simply assist you with any questions.

Our Toll-Free number option allows you to choose your own Toll-Free number from our in-house stock of available numbers.

You can transfer your existing fax number to us easily. When ordering, select the transfer option. We'll send you a number transfer form that you fill out, sign and send back to us. Then let us take care of the rest. The transfer process typically takes 5-10 business days. We'll even provide you with a temporary fax number so you may access your new fax system before your existing fax number is active.

A vanity number can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number easier for customers to remember. Vanity numbers are based on their availability. Since a fax number is a feature of our service, you must subscribe to our service in order to secure a fax number. Use our live vanity search tool to search for as many numbers as you'd like until you find a perfect match. You can search availability in all area codes and toll-free prefixes (i.e. 800, 888, 877, and 866).
